Calvary Chapel Fellowship of Foley is requesting the City consider waiving building permits, land disturbance permits, zoning fees, engineering fees and environmental fees the the minimum for their construction project.

WHEREAS, Calvary Chapel Fellowship of Foley  is constrctuing a new church building located at 18450 Underwood Road Foley, AL 36535, and

WHEREAS, Calvary Chapel Fellowship of Foley requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees to the minimum and allow theCalvary Chapel Fellowship of Foley to pay the minimum Community Development fees.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:                     Approves waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees to the minimum for their construction project located at 18450 Underwood Road Foley, AL 36535 . 

SECTION 2:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
