WHEREAS, there is a need to address the drainage issues of Ashford Park and Hampton Park subdivisions in an effort to promote a conducive drainage path from Hampton Park's detention pond drainage outfall to County Road 20 West at South Hickory Street, and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department received a proposal from Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC to perform such survey work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC's proposal for survey work to address drainage issues of Ashford Park and Hampton Park subdivisions in the amount of $1,500.00, amending Account No. 12-600-9375.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
