Request to amend GCNP Operating Budget for 2013 to include grant funds not able to be spent in 2012. There is $7099 remaining in 2012 for invasive plant removal funds from US Fish & Wildlife that was awarded in July. The 2013 revenues budget will also need to reflect the income of $7099. There was no match to these grant funds.

Summary
WHEREAS, the City of Foley was awarded grant funds from USDCNR, US Fish & Wildlife in FY2012, and
WHEREAS, there is $7,099 remaining in the invasive plant removal funds that will not be spent in FY 2012.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends FY2013 budget revenues to reflect the income of $7,099 and approves the expense under Account No. 01-620-8150 Graham Park Operating Costs.
SECTION 2: This resolution will become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
