The amendment would allow for design modifications to reduce the roadway Right-of-Way along an approximate 700 foot section of the western portion of Wilson Ave, from AL 59 eastward, from 80 feet to 60 feet. This would also allow for the adjacent parcels north of the roadway to retain an approximate 120 foot frontage. As well as Bidding and Contracting services in support of the project.
