WHEREAS, City of Foley Resolution No. 14-0520 was passed on December 1, 2014 awarding the Alley Drainage Improvements project construction to R&S Paving & Grading, Inc. in the amount of $87,420.00, and approved an increase of $25,000.00 to the project cost, and
WHEREAS, the project required additional work items in the amount of $224.80, and
WHEREAS, a change order is needed to balance the final quantities to reflect the additional work items and to close out the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Approves Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $224.80 to reflect additional work items for the Alley Drainage Improvements project, amending Account Nos. 12-665-7127 A18 ALLY and 12-665-7128 A19 ALLEY1.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
