WHEREAS, ADEM has requirements that must be met concerning mosquito sprayers, and
WHEREAS, the Sanitation Department has received a quote from ADAPCO for two of the Monitor 4S monitors for a total of $13,850, and
WEREAS, the Sanitation Department has budgeted $18,000.00 for this expense for FY14.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of two (2) Monitor 4S monitors under Account No. 01-610-7010 for the total amount of $13,850.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
