The system, as installed, has several issues which this proposal intends to address;
Industry standard requires a unobstructed flow of at least 5X the pipe diameter prior to the input at the pump face. This is a minimum at present this system has none. This problem has required the installation of a larger pump...and a short life span for that pump.
· The proposal should address these issues in a sequenced fashion. This year we will remove the two most used filters and use that space to build a new pad and relocate the pump[electrical and plumbing] to eliminate excess cavitation.
· The cost of local labor to remove and dispose of the filter waste and electrical contractors to rerun wiring by code.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
