WHEREAS, There is a need to upgrade the city's firewall.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a new firewall from CDWG under a National IPA contract under account 01-629-7010 not to exceed $13,700.
SECTION 2: Declares the current firewall (asset 9740) surplus and authorizes its disposal by the best means possible.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
