Body
 
WHEREAS, there is a need for an account to be established for the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermens Market, and
WHEREAS, the debts in the amount of $1,721.42 from the Gulf Tourism and Seafood Project Account No. 12-665-7309 need to be transferred to the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermens Market Account No. 41-665-7200.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Establishes the City of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District's Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermens Market proprietary fund number 41.
SECTION 2:      Transfers the debt in the amount of $1,721.42 from the Gulf Tourism and Seafood Project Account No. 12-665-7309 to the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermens Market Account No. 41-665-7200.
Section 3:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
