WHEREAS, there is a need to expand and pave the Foley Municipal Airport long-term parking area and quotes for this project have been solicited and obtained.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the quote submitted by R & S Paving & Grading, Inc. in the amount of $43,150.00, and ammends account number 12-665-7355 accordingly.
SECTION 2: Approves using proceeds of the 2014 General Obligation Bonds for this project.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
