WHEREAS, the City of Foley Recreation department provides athletic uniforms for youth sports, and,
WHEREAS, the current uniform contract expires on September 6, 2014.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves going to bid for athletic uniforms for the recreation department.
SECTION 2: Appropriates up to $500 for bid related expenses to 01-620-3120.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
