WHEREAS, the Coaches of Foley High School is requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 9:00pm for an introduction to Fall Sports Pep Rally.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Coaches of Foley High School onFriday, August 13, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 9:00pm for an introduction to Fall Sports Pep Rally.
