Judd Sessions with Foley Assembly Church is looking to rent Heritage Park to host a Freedom Walk benefit fundraiser for Adult & Teen Challenge of AL Men's Center on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 9am - 2pm (including setup and cleanup time). The benefit seeks to raise support from our community, business and churches to help with addiction/drugs/recovery at AATC. They will have a trailer charcoal grill that will stay hooked up to the truck and parked in a parking space along the side of Hwy 59 or Rose Ave. They will be grilling hot dogs to feed all of the participants free of charge. They will also have a small tent and PA system. They are expecting 50+ attendees.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Will allow the rental of Heritage Park and Pavilion for Judd Sessions with the Foley Assembly Church to host a Freedom Walk Benefit Fundraiser for the Adult & Teen Challenge of AL on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 9:00am - 2:00pm.
