Due to a vacancy in the Revenue Division and to accommodate the division's current needs, we propose amending the Pay Classification Plan by eliminating the vacant position of Revenue Specialist I (Grade 110) and authorize the position of Revenue Clerk (Grade 90). The RS-I position will be needed in the future and we will come back to council at that time.
