NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:                      Approves and accepts the donation of a land parcel  (Tax Map # 05-61-05-22-0-000-002.015; PPIN# 328666) as attached.

SECTION 2:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
