Body
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 607-99 was approved by the City Council on May 25, 1999 adopting Article II, Planned Access Roadways which provided for an application fee for connection access permits but did not specify the amount of the fee, and
 
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 715-02 was approved by the City Council on January 21, 2002 adopting a connection access permit fee of $300.00 and a severability clause, and
 
WHEREAS, revision Exhibit C-1 is a version of Exhibit C showing a dual cross over intersection not included in the original Access Management Plan and
 
WHEREAS, Exhibits D and E are submitted to replace the original Exhibits D and E in their entirety.
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Foley, that:
 
SECTION 1: Exhibit C-1 shall be incorporated into the Access Management.  Said Exhibit is the same as Exhibit C except it is for a dual cross over in the right of way sections 150-feet wide.
 
SECTION 2: The overall dimensions of Access Units referenced in Exhibits D and E are reduced from 1,795 feet to 1,320 feet, with subsequent reductions in the acceleration lanes from 500 feet to 260 feet.  Said Exhibits shall replace the original Exhibits D and E.
