Foley High School is requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on August 10, 2019 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm for the annual Lion Pride Day.  They respectfully request that the fees for the park and pavilion be waived.

WHEREAS, Foley High School is requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on August 10, 2019 from 9:00 am until 12:00 pm for the annual Lion Pride Day.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 SECTION 1:                     Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Foley High School on August 10, 2019.
