Sue Leavins with the Women's Care Medical Center who partners with the Baldwin County Board of Education to provide abstinence education programs would like to host a Walk for Life Walk-A-Thon event on March 26, 2022 from 7:30am until 10:00am. They will have 2 6ft tables, chairs, cooler with water bottles and if it's raining they will erect 1 10x18 cover tent for sign-in purposes. Sue is requesting that all fees be waived.

WHEREAS, Sue Leavins with the Women's Care Medical Center who partners with the Baldwin County Board of Education to provide abstinence education programs would like to host a Walk for Life Walk-A-Thon event on March 26, 2022 from 7:30am until 10:00am, and
WHEREAS, they will have two 6ft tables, chairs, cooler with water bottles and if it's raining they will erect 1 10x18 cover tent for sign-in purposes, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Leavins is requesting that all fees be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Heritage Park for Sue Leavins with the Women's Care Medical Center who partners with the Baldwin County Board of Education to provide abstinence education programs to host a Walk for Life Walk-A-Thon event on March 26, 2022 from 7:30am until 10:00am.
