WHEREAS, during the regular scheduled Council Meeting of January 20, 2026 RES #26-1023 A Resolution to Approve Police Department Vehicles to be Deemed Surplus was adopted on, and
WHEREAS, Street Department requests to amend RES #26-1023 to revoke the surplus of VIN #1FTFW1EF8EKE45514 a 2014 Ford F150 4x4 Unit # 314/ Asset # 9893, and
WHEREAS, Street Department requests to utilize this vehicle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the amending of RES #26-1023 A Resolution to Approve Police Department Vehicles to be Deemed Surplus that was adopted on January 20, 2026.
SECTION 2: Approves to revoke the surplus of VIN #1FTFW1EF8EKE45514 a 2014 Ford F150 4x4 Unit # 314/ Asset # 9893.
SECTION 3: Approves Street Department utilizing this vehicle.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
