A Resolution Setting a Public Hearing to consider Planning Commission's recommendation to rezone 10+/- acres R-4 (Residential Single Family and Duplex) and B-1A (Extended Business District) to R-2 (Residnetial Single Family and Duplex) Requested by Grey Contracting of Greenville, LLC.  Property is located south of County Road 20 and west of the Foley Beach Express.

    NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning 10+/- acres R-4 (Residential Single Family and Duplex) and B-1A (Extended Business District) to R-2 (Residnetial Single Family and Duplex) Requested by Grey Contracting of Greenville, LLC.  Property is located south of County Road 20 and west of the Foley Beach Express.

 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
