NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes Boone Signs' invoice in the amount of $69.00 for "Business Open" signs posted along the Streetscape Phase IV Project for Account No. 12-665-7289 Q70.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
