Wells, President of AMIC, to act as proxy for the City of Foley; consider electing Mayor Charles Murphy of Robersdale to the Board of Directors - the term expires in 2020 "FOR" or "AGAINST"; and to transact such other business as may come before the meeting "GRANTED OR WITHHELD".
