WHEREAS, Foley Lions Club and Jerry Renkenberger has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on November 16, 2024 from 6:30 am until 4:00 pm for the LeTour De Foley charity bike ride.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Foley Lions Club and Jerry Renkenberger on November 16, 2024 from 6:30 am until 4:00 pm.
WHEREAS, they are planning to have tables and chairs set up under the gazebo along with a small sound system.
WHEREAS, they are requesting all fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion as requested by Foley Lions Club and Jerry Renkenberger on November 16, 2024 from 6:30 am until 4:00 pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
