WHEREAS, there is a need to replace the current fall swag decorations for the streetscape lamp poles, and
WHEREAS, Trees N Trends has provided a quote for 34 new decorations for $1,155.66.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves $1,155.66 to Trees N Trends for 34 new fall swag decorations for the streetscape lamp poles, which is a budgeted item.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
