NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:      Appropriates $4,660.00 to Account No. 12-665-7289 Q70 DOP to purchase and install 96 rubber parking blocks and 2 concrete parking blocks for Streetscape Phase IV payable to R&S Paving & Grading.

SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
