     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Richard Schwartz from B-3 (Local Business District) to RV (Recreational Vehicle District).

Property is 5+/- acres located south of Miflin Road and east of James Road.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
