WHEREAS, Executive Director Don Staley is requesting $29,789.00 to be appropriated for a Capital Purchase for a 2014 Ford F150 4WD Crew Cab work truck from the State Bid for the Sports Tourism Complex, and
WHEREAS, this vehicle is needed to haul equipment to various events, trade shows and conventions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $29,789.00 into Account No. 01-628-7010 Sports Tourism Capital Purchase for the purchase of one 2014 Ford F150 4WD Crew Cab work truck for the Sports Tourism Complex
SECTION 2: Approves the expenditure of the funds.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
