WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is requesting council to declare the Gehl Fork Lift(Maintenance Department 2190) and Chevrolet C3500 Bucket Truck(Street Department 0771) as surplus and to authorize disposal on GovDeals.com because they are no longer needed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the Gehl Fork Lift(Maintenance Department 2190) and Chevrolet C3500 Bucket Truck(Street Department 0771) as surplus and to authorize the disposal of on GovDeals.com.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
