WHEREAS, donation of 1993 Brinks Truck valued at approximately $48,500.00 to the Police Department from Brink's Supports First Responders Donation Program.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the donation of 1993 Brinks Truck to the Police Department valued at approximately $48,500.00 from Brink's Supports First Responders Donation Program.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
