NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the ABC 140-Special Event Retail application for South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Inc., applicant, under the trade name of 2013 Alabama Festival of Flavor, located at Orange Avenue; between HWY 59 and Alston Street Foley, Alabama 36535.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
