Whereas, the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on Thursday, March 6, 2025 - Saturday, March 8, 2025 for their BBQ & Blues Cook-off fundraising event, and
Whereas, the Chamber will set up for the event on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 8am-5pm. They will have an event Friday, March 7, 2025 from 5pm - 9pm and the main event will be Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 10am - 5pm, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama , as follows:
Section 1: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation for the Annual BBQ & Blues Cook-Off Fundraising Event.
Section 2: Approves the use of entertainment, food trucks, petting zoo, inflatable's and the sale of beer and wine in Heritage Park.
