WHEREAS, The Light House in conjunction with Foley High School and the DA's Office is requesting waiving the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center for a Teen Summit on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., and
WHEREAS, set up for the events will begin at 8:00 a.m. and clean up will begin at 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center for the Teen Summit event on April 6, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
