     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

     SECTION 1:      Sets a public hearing to consider  the passage of an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 387-87 Rezoning Property owned by Gulf Coast Elks Lodge from PUD to B1A.

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
