WHEREAS, the Maintenance Department is in need of a new tire changer, and
WHEREAS, quotes were received with the lowest coming from Snap-on Industrial in the amount of $6,626.06.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the quote from Snap-on Industrial for one tire changer in the amount of $6,626.06. This is a budged item under Account No. 01-621-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
