     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

 

     SECTION 1:     Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by David Smith from PUD (Planned Unit Development) R-1A (Residential Single Family and Duplex) to R-3 ( Residential Single Family).

Property is 1.10+/- acres located at the NW corner of Brinks Willis Road and James Road.

 

     SECTION 2:     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
