The City of Foley and Riviera utilities would like to partner in the Light Up The Tanks Project as proposed by Chapman Technical Services. This project will improve lighting on the two leg tanks in Foley (Cypress and South). This project will include installing 12 gauge wire for all lighting circuits; install aluminum conduit for the water tank; install eight logo lights - installed with a vertical and horizontal offset from the handrail and connect power to existing at the bottom of the ladder leg. The total amount for each tank is $9,800 with a total for both tanks being $19,600.

WHEREAS, The City of Foley and Riviera utilities would like to partner in the Light Up The Tanks Project as proposed by Chapman Technical Services, and
WHEREAS, this project will bring the two tanks closer to downtown Foley, improve lighting on the two leg tanks in Foley (Cypress and South) and will include installing 12 gauge wire for all lighting circuits; install aluminum conduit for the water tank; install eight logo lights - installed with a vertical and horizontal offset from the handrail and connect power to existing at the bottom of the ladder leg. The total amount for each tank is $9,800 with a total for both tanks being $19,600.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
