WHEREAS, Terracon Consultants, Inc. submitted a proposal in the amount of $3,622.50 for Asbestos Survery, Limited Lead Paint Chip Sampling & Limited Cisual Observation for Mold for Cactus Cafe' Building.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Accepts proposal from Terracon Consultants, Inc. for Asbestos Survery, Limited Lead Paint Chip Sampling & Limited Cisual Observation for Mold for Cactus Cafe' Building and appropriates $3,622.50 under Account No. 12-665-7330 R10 IMPR.
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
