Resolution 18-1109-RES had the incorrect documentation and verbiage within the resolution. Therefore Resolution 18-1109-RES must be rescinded and re-adopted with the correct documentation.

WHEREAS, on May 7, 2018 Council adopted Resolution 18-1108-RES A Resolution Authorizing A Project User Fee Agreement By The City Of Foley, Alabama And The City Of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District (Foley Square II), and
WHEREAS, Resolution 18-1109-RES had the incorrect documentation and verbiage within the resolution, and
WHEREAS, therefore Resolution 18-1109-RES must be rescinded and re-adopted with the correct documentation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Rescinds Resolution 18-1109 A Resolution Authorizing A Project User Fee Agreement By The City Of Foley, Alabama And The City Of Foley Public Facilities Cooperative District (Foley Square II).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
