WHEREAS, Resolution 13-0107 approved negotiating the purchase of real property within the City of Foley, but funds were not appropriated for the purchase.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates funds under Capital Projects Account No. 12-665-7313 in the amount of $58,521.50 associated with the purchase of the Battaglia Property.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
