NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1:       Approves the ABC 160-Special Retail - More Than 30 Days application for Glenlakes Golf Club, Inc., applicant. under the trade name Glenlakes Golf Club, located at 9530 Clubhouse Drive, Foley, Alabama 36535.
 
SECTION 2:      This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
