WHEREAS, the City of Foley, solicited and opened bids on January 21, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. for Foley Civic Center Stage Lighting Upgrade, and
WHEREAS, two bids were received with All Pro Integrated Systems being the low bidder at $52,108.92, and
WHEREAS, the bid price is currently under budget and no additional funds are being requested, and
WHEREAS, City of Foley requests Council approve the All Pro Integrated Systems proposal as submitted and move forward with the current project.
