WHEREAS, the FY14 Budget, adopted on September 3, 2013, included personnel funds for a Building Custodian that had been previously budgeted in the Municipal Complex Department, but was moved to the Library budget in FY14, and
WHEREAS, there is now a desire to transfer those funds back to the Municipal Complex Department so that position can officially remain in the Municipal Complex budget, and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Complex will rotate the Building Custodians so the Library will still be fully covered for custodial duties, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes a transfer of funds from the Library to the Municipal complex as follows:
From Salaries Account 614-1010 To 616-1010 - $23,999.04
From Payroll Tax Account 614-1030 To 616-1030 - $1,836
From Retirement Account 614-1050 To 616-1050 - $1,670
From Life/Dis. Prem. Account 614-1041 To 616-1041 - $169
