     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City Council on July 5, 2022, to set a public hearing to consider passage of an ordinance to declare certain real property as identified in the attached Boundary/Topographic Survey as surplus and no longer needed for municipal purposes and authorizing the sale of the same to Angela Sumrell and Mark White, owners of Moe's BBQ.
