As a result of the Schneider Electric's "Investment Grade Audit Final Report for Energy Performance Contracting" they are proposing the City sign an agreement with them. ADECA requires resolutions approving the application for QECB fund and approving their project; a resolution approving the Local Governmental Energy Loan Program Application ($350,000 10 year 0% interest); a final construction contract; and authorizing the financing firm to begin the funding process with QECB funds.
