A resolution waiving fees for Heritage Park Pavilion for Foley High School's "Leo in the Park"
Summary
Foley High School wishes to once again parade through the streets of Foley for their annual Homecoming festivities on Thursday, September 26th, at 5:00 PM. The parade route will follow the same route used last year finishing at the Heritage Park Pavilion. Following the parade, FHS wants to hold their "9th Annual Leo in the Park" the community pep rally in the Heritage Park pavilion. Activities will include an introduction by Russ Moore and Todd Watson, followed by cheers led by the FHS cheerleaders, music provided by the band from Lion Land and introducing this year's Homecoming Court.

WHEREAS, the Foley High School has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on September 26th at 5:00 PM for their "Leo in the Park" event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the Foley High School for their annual pep rally "Leo in the Park" on Thursday, September 26, 2013 at 5:00 PM.
