WHEREAS, the City of Foley solicited and opened bids on August 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. for office renovations at 121 N. Alston Street and the results are as follows:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the lowest responsible bid submitted by E-J Builders, Inc. in the amount of $103,345.00 for 121 N. Alston Street office renovations.
SECTION 2: Accepts Option A in the amount of $2,868.00 to replace the existing HVAC system in the south building with a new system.
SECTION 3: Appropriates $106,213 for bid award and $500 for bid related expense to a new Capital Project Fund account 12-665-7327 R06 BID.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
