WHEREAS, the Street Department is in need of a new dump truck
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a new Peterbuilt Model 348 dump truck off Buyboard.com Bid number 430-13 for $106,000.00 as budgeted under account 01-607-7010.
SECTION 2: This purchase is eligible for reimbursement from the Series 2014 Bond Proceeds.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
