WHEREAS, there is a need to convert one Patrol Officer position to a Code Enforcement Officer in the Police Department, effective January 27, 2015, with a neutral effect to the budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes an amendment to the Pay Classification Plan to convert one Patrol Officer position to a Code Enforcement Officer, effective pay period beginning January 27, 2015.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
