Summary
Morning Star Baptist Church has requested the use of Beulah Heights Park on May 16, 2015 from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm.  They will have baseball games, inflatables, sock racing, musical chairs, DJ/Karaoke, an assortment of food and small tents.  Electricity will be needed and extra tables and chairs.

PERMISSION TO USE BEULAH HEIGHTS PARK
      
WHEREAS, the Morning Star Baptist Church has requested the use of Beulah Heights Park on May 16, 2015 for their annual May Day event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, permits the use of Beulah Heights Park requested by the Morning Star Baptist Church for their fundraiser on May 16, 2015.
