WHEREAS, there is a need for a new power pole to replace the existing power pole that is in great disrepair located at the southwest corner of Verbena Avenue and Highway 59.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of one (1) power pole for street lighting from Hellmich Electric in the amount of $970.00, and amends Account No. 12-665-7289 Q70 DOP accordingly.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
